Going back in time to explore our history today with the Story of The House. … In 1945, Sir Hardy Amies took possession of No. 14 Savile Row, a grand on house in Mayfair, London. Although bombed during the war, he restored it to it’s former glory and it became a place to entertain and work. Famous guests included Gregory Peck, The Queen and David Hockney. Savile Row has since become synonymous with bespoke tailoring and our London flagship store now resides at 8 Savile Row.
